My 1st stay here. I booked it randomly while collecting my baggage at the airport. I wasn't disappointed. Food good.room service prompt. Reception well mannered. Thank you for allowing late check-out. However, there was a late night party going on the floor above which might bother some. But we weren't about to sleep early so everything was cool.

The stay at Auris was one of the best experiences we ever had. The hotel rooms are spacious enough with needed amenities. We had a very comfortable stay. The customer service and hospitality was the highlight. Also the food was very tasty and wonderful. The whole hotel was kept clean and tidy 24/7. The staff were amazing. I don't have enough words to explain their hospitality. Only problem was the location. But next time also I will stay at Auris only.

The hotel is perfect . Food is awesome. Buffet spread was good with a lot of varieties. Kids loved it. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have triple rooms which is great for 2 adults + 2 kids . Location is also good with a lot shops nearby. And autos are easily available. Staffs are very helpful and courteous .

I am very satisfied experience and several times and hotels and expected for the limited parking it ticked most the points beautiful desinged in ఆ limited space. The hotels looks new and frontage and Reception though small is very impressive. The room looks decently spacious clean and adequate. They have ample storage as Well as a mini fridge. The tiles and marble is quality superb. The breakfast was superb tasty super super super......

Highly recommend to stay at Auris hotel in Andheri for quick airport transfer. The rooms are very neat and tidy and in very good condition. The facilities are great as well. Can’t forget about their delicious dinner and breakfast. It’s very convenient. Also the staff is very kind and helpfull.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
