Rooms are basic and small. Paid 2800 INR per room per night for outdoor view but they provided no view rooms, the rooms and services are not that value for money. Bathrooms are clean but without Toiletries. Food (complementary BF) is basic but good. Would be Good if it's around 1500 only. However, staffs are gentle and humble. Fab should revise prices.

Not a hotel I would like to repeat. The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the staff behaviour. Otherwise it's totally a sub-economy accomodation. As everyone mentioned: Problem with the hot water availability with no hot water facility at all in the basins. I think they don't supply the hot water during the day. No shelves to keep anything in the washroom. There are just two mini soap bars provided and that is all. There were 100's of ants in the washroom. Not even a hook to hang anything. Bathroom does not have a partition so it becomes totally wet after someone takes a bath and you will need to request for a wiper cleaning. Coming to the rooms, no tea or coffee bags found in the room. Even the electric kettle had to be requested. TV didn't had any remote. That had to be requested. They had to change the TV to a smart TV on request. No use getting a Smart TV as it looks like they switch off the Internet at night everyday. Walls were not clean and so was the floor. Beds were not clean as well. You get to hear each and every sound coming from other rooms especially at night. It is not worth a rupee over and above 1200-1500 a night.

Stay at the Hotel was pathetic. Nothing except the gentleman Neeraj at the front desk was to the mark. Despite reminder the room was not cleaned during the day and we had to go out in the evening to have it cleaned. Owners have perhaps never inspected the property. Bathroom doesn't have any shelf even to keep the shaving razor or a tooth brush. Electric kettle is there but there's no socket to plug it in. Water from the washroom spills into the room. Not a place to stay in future.

Before giving review I know I booked budget hotel not a three star or 5 star Room was spacies but basic amenities.they should put a tea kettle with sugar,milk and tea bags,hardly that will cost rs.10. I am giving one star for breakfast.i think they are purchasing from out siders.they should have proper buffet syestem.i visited many budget hotels but they are serving proper buffet breakfast.sorry to say very disappointed by the breakfast which they gave me. Toilet was spacies with basic amenities like towel,soap and bucket but I tried to get hot water before visit to golden temple but sorry to say no hot water was coming.i think they provide in morning only.i did not find any thing where I could put my shaving cream, toothpaste etc. Location is average Staff was polite Wifi was not working They should focus on the cleaning of fans and walls too even they can put air fresheners in lobby and rooms. At last in this price I will try more choices whenever I will be in Amritsar next time. I will definitely not repeat this hotel.

The food server, Ajay, I think, was out of this world. Always running up and down, making sure everyone was taken care of. He made the stay a memorable one. As for the hotel, rooms are spacious but can't expect much more or diff from other reviews

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
