Pathetic experience.. Cheat mentality.. You list double occupancy rooms as triple occupancy at double the cost. On reaching you neither arrange for an extra bed nor has the empathy to understand that three people cannot sleep on a double bed. Your hotel manager says, the double room has everything for two persons and you charge twice the cost just for allowing the 3rd person... Are you crazy do people come to walk around the room or sleep ???? When agoda tried to reach you, you did not even respond to their calls and messages. You guys must be pulled to the courts for such malpractices. My 2 days of holidays ruined by you.

Worst stay at the hotel. It's not a hotel. No cleanness, dust in the room. No clean bed linen. No clean bathroom. I would recommend not to venture such type of hotel . No basic amenities provided.

Me and my wife stayed for a night. The staff behaviour was very rude and not to mention the shabby condition of the room itself which shouted of negligence and minimum or no maintainance at all. The flush of the toilet did not work and the condition of the bathroom was worser than a public toilet. The room reeked of cigarette smell mixed with some other foul smelling substance which made even breathing in the room horrible. So I suggest that future customers do read my review and decide accordingly.

If anyone going to book this property please don’t, it just a scamming people with highly poor facilities& service, if anyone going to book in online, please don’t, the online portal will take the money and if you come to the property they will say, we are fully booked. Its just a scamming hotel, and a property with very very poor facility. Please stay away.

Location is very outskirts. No local convence is available there. Food ia very costly. Chapati or phulke is 50 rs each. Toiletries are not upto the mark. Toilet shower is very sharp and leaked

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
