        Good stay for 3 members. Room size little smaller for 3 people but we can manage. Room service is good. overall management is under control. Staff behaviour was Excellent. But the problem was no restaurant near by This Hotel ... This hotel itself provides food but only some items are available. Hotel location is 2 km away from us consulate and we can easily go there ...

        If you're looking for the worst experience in Mumbai, then this is the right place. More than a hotel, this was looked like a guesthouse or cluster of rooms being named a hotel. The photos of the room were not at all similar to what is their reality. I was shown 3 rooms, and then chose the least worst room for myself. The walls are all stained, the bathroom looks shady with rusted taps and handles. With just 1 towel and 2 blade thin soaps provided as amenities, and no water also provided in the room, this hotel needs to be banned from accomodating humans. The menu is a scam, they don't have any restaurant, and they overcharge from the menu, with the service guy creepily not returning the change and saying that is his charge for delivering the food. If possible, stay at some airport/railway lounge or better to go with some other option.

        Very costly.. If u r not a native they wil increase the rate.. Very greedy people.. There is no restaurants or shops nearby.. We won't get the desired food from their kitchen.. Their menu card is jus a show off

        Don't book this hotel, very worst service, breakfirst only bread and jam in room, no hygienic , all rooms are mosquito no cleaning, no water, no room sevice, room boys are very ugly dresses, the area is very local kachra area. My rating is 0

        Service not at par. Expensive compared to nearby hotels and the service they offer. No Hot water for bathing. Rude manager. Nagging for vacating the room even before the checkout time. No wi fi. Gave Milk and corn flakes in the name of Breakfast.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
