Do not visit this hotel with family. Multiple issues : 1. Just in the middle of industrial estate. Right besides you'll find factories. No lighting. Potholes everywhere. 2. On the other side is the railway track. You'll hear the trains passing by inside the room. Trust me you will not be able to have a peaceful sleep here. 3. Outside food is not allowed here and no restaurants nearby. Though you can find roadside small vendors as this an industrial area. 4. Staff is not professional. I booked 4 rooms. Two of them were not even cleaned up after the last guests left and were handed over to us. 5. 0 cleanliness. You'll find garbage bags in the lobby of every floor sitting there to rot. 6. Room sizes are indeed big but smelly. No windows. No wifi. Smelly washrooms. 7. I would say the rooms were not worth the price.

Booked 3 rooms from FabHotel in which this hotel has a rating of 4.5. First of all for checking into the room they made us wait for 2 hours. Even after that all the rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic and smelled horrible. There was no service staff available and whatever staff they had are highly unprofessional. Avoid going to this place at all costs. My friends who stayed were non odia so the staff charged them for giving unsealed water bottles as well.

The location is in an industrial area just besides railway track, completely not Locatable, very dark with no lights in the area, the the fabs hotels is nothing but another new name for OYO so avoid fab listed hotels. Poor hygiene, security guard is too busy in mobile, bell boy will just guide to lift , paan masala spits every where in the premises even in the lift, no name of cleaning, complimentary water was delivered upon demand. The room is less than 10x10 barely any place to move, FELT CLOSTOPHOBIC No mirror, AC is working, hot water is also available. The room was totally different from the pictures posted online. I was their for just one night hence managed. But people should not come ith families. It almost a haunted place walls cracked, dirt marks on the walls, no common area lights functional.

Very bad experience. Food quality is very bad. There are no shops around. And outside food is not allowed. This is an oyo taken over hotels. Worst experience I would never come here. One last thing to say, they even tried to cheat me by provide a below standard room. However, I had paid extra for an up grade.

Location wise is good, service n reception staffs are not at all professional, don't have any experience of hotel industry they need a workshop training. If u order for a hot tea I'm sure U ll get a vry cold tea after 39mins of ur order.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
