        I recently stayed at Sage Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience. The budget-friendly rates did not compromise the quality of service. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend Sage Hotel for anyone looking for a budget stay without compromising on quality. Solid 5 stars In my opinion the staff is really friendly and I just loved it I prefer all of you guys to stay at sage hotel and I feel really safe around sage hotel

        Quite disappointed with the hotel as there was a huge difference from the photos that were posted vs. the actual place. The fridge was not working and unclean, no hot water from the showers. The staff did not smile and greet welcomingly at all and I don’t think smiled the whole time. Strangely no restaurant/ kitchen in the hotel either so I’m not sure how they are known as a 3 Star Hotel! Anyway, The only positive thing about it the hotel would be the location: close to the Max Hospital which is where we wanted to go. Usually don’t write such reviews but I was quite disappointed.

        Its worst experience when I was booking asked customer care person for hot water availablity he told me it's available but when we checked hotel staff told heater is under repair and can't see when it wil work so I had to check out 2 days prior to my check out date and was made for all 4 days. Saw your reviews and found so many of them had bitter experience with fab hotel group. I will ever book nor recommend any of my friends to fab hotels i am not sure if you guys really consider these feed back and take action. Previously so many have complained abt your service and hotels condition but look u just ignore our feedback

        I checked in at this hotel on 23rd Dec for 10 Days. The room was decent and tidy. Staff was enthusiastic. I just want to report an incident, on last night of my stay I lost my room key and the key was immediately replaced by the staff upon my arrival back to hotel while checking out today in morning I was asked by Mr Inderjeet to pay 400 INR for loss of key the point here is he opened his phone pe and asked me to scan and didn't provide me with hotel's scanner anyway when I asked him for bill but I was denied and I didn't want to get into an argument with him for 400 INR. Little did he know I've got all payment details. Guys please be careful with this kind of scams.

        The property will spoil the FAB Hotels good reputation. The rooms have not been cleaned for days together. Toilets are very dirty, floors are cracking, wall papers torn and untidy. My daughter developed severe allergy due to dust on floor and on the bed. As the rooms were dimly lit and we checked in at night, we could not see what was on the floor. The property do not have a kitchen and give cold packed food for breakfast without even asking what does the client want. There is parking for one car only and the rest is either let out to others on monthly basis or used by staff for their parking. Bed sheets and blankets provided for extra bed (only mattress laid on floor, no cot) was very old and torn. Worst property with no class. One receptionist boy(Pankaj) don’t know how to talk to guests and a manager (Gaurav) only useful to scold his staff and not resolving the issue. I booked for two days but checked out after day one itself. They charged for both days though. No bills/ receipts for water bottles that they have on extra payment (₹60/- for a litre of some local brand). Overall very very bad experience for me and my family. I do have videos, and no still photos were taken.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
