The reception and welcoming very good.... But the staff are very worst.. And no room service at all... The property doesn't have lift also.... Room ans wash room also not good enough... No cleanliness....price is very high to this property..... Rs1000 t0 1200 is more than enough.... The same room size with better quality hotels besides this taking only Rs900 per day.... If we take directly....

Highlighting pathetic state of Fab hotel network and irresponsible customer care service who just show interest in making you book and provide the worst possible service... Rooms are pathetic, unclean with stinking smell... when highlighted the concern, they were just passing the topic from one customer care executive to another. After explaining same issue with 4 staffs, lost all patience. Never ever book such unhygienic accomodation if you are visiting with family.

"I had a wonderful stay at FabExpress P.A.S Residency. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a modern decor that I really liked. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was great, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. I would definitely recommend FabExpress P.A.S Residency for a pleasant and convenient stay."

Hotel is good but when I talk to the guy in the phone he was very rude. I book my room through goibigo, he told me that he is not going to let me stay even the room is booked. what kind of behaviour is this.!! This kind of guy should never in this position/behind calls. I talk to him by the number given in google map.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
