        Hotel Stay Feedback in Goa (5 Nights over 31st December Season) Our stay at a hotel in Goa during the peak holiday season presented several areas of concern: 1. Pricing Fluctuations: Initially, the booking price was quite high. Surprisingly, after check-in, we noticed that rates had dropped to half of what we had paid. This was disappointing, especially considering the many other options in Goa offering better value. Future travelers should be cautious of booking long stays without exploring these alternatives. 2. Swimming Pool Restrictions: The pool was exclusively for adults, lacking a shallower section for children. Additionally, the policy against outside food and drinks near the pool was inconvenient. We had to buy everything from the hotel's overpriced restaurant located behind the pool area. 3. Challenging Location: Finding the hotel was difficult; it took us over half an hour of searching and asking locals due to its inaccurately advertised location. 4. Limited Parking: Parking space was restricted and we were required to hand our car keys to the staff. This made accessing our vehicle cumbersome and often problematic. 5. Lackluster Staff Service: The response from the hotel staff was not up to par, often needing 2-3 reminders for any service request. 6. Room Hygiene and Facilities: Inconsistency in hot water supply was a major inconvenience.         The property was looking very beautiful in the pictures but, when I visit there it was really shocking. I can see and feel the fungus' stinking smell all over the property and even inside the rooms. It was a great disappointment. TV, they provide only basic free TV channels. When I ask them add more channels they promised to do but that wasn't happened until we vacate after 4 days. Restaurant: they have very limited items. 90% of the items found in the menu card was not available. All the employees were very friendly. Swimming pool was clean.

        Bad experience. The hotel is located in a narrow alley it took us half an hour to find the hotel. The swimming pool was dirty. The breakfast buffet looked pathetic with limited options and was unhygienic. We stayed there for 2 days and skipped breakfast there because of the condition of the restaurant and the slow service. The room smelled and we just couldn't sleep. Everything was hi-tech in the hotel but was not maintained, it stink everywhere and the place was extremely unhygienic. The bathroom had fungus in every corner and I spotted a big rat in the room one night. Please book them if you want to spoil your vacation.

        Big NOO.. for this place if you wanna make your trip memorable. 1st thing the staff was very helpless and unhygienic place, Rooms, washroom, pools and many more. They even cant change the used towel, bed sheets. No cleaning and dusting and i founds lizard in my room… Nothing. No CCTV in the premises. Badly quality of food and i found hair and cockroach in rice.

        Here I reached on 9th January 2024. Before do the booking the asked the company that which the best property. After all that they told this is the best one. Here the rooms were not hygienic. Staff’s behaviour is too rude. They won’t listen anything . Lots of mosquitoes inside and outside room.
