Do not book using FabHotels they don't allow checkin of they are prepaid. While was trying to talk things out with Fabhotel they bugged that fabhotel won't do anything take it separately. I checked the rooms they were not well maintained. PS fab moved me to another nearby hotel.

One of the best hotels, you can worth your money. The staffs is so friendly an flexible. The room service, and other valuable information they provided to us were much helpful for us to make our stay at Manali, a comfortable one. The Hotel is located at Mall Road, right opposite to the Bus stand (please do not follow the Google Map). Therefore, it is the best suited location for you, if you are looking for the locational advantage.

VERY BAD staff, we booked advanced by giving 500 and payed the rest later. We checked out at 7AM and kept our luggage but then when we came back they were asking another 500. Reception service worst. There is new person everytime and they even don't communicate properly between them. Food was costly as hell. Room was nice but not clean and washroom was pathetic. Location is good. But the staffs were illmannered and horrible

I have taken room for two days from fab hotels. Literally it's not even worth to pay 500 for this hotel per night without knowing i payed 2.5k. For heater they will charge extra. Room is ok. But washroom is terrific. Not able to touch the bucket and mug. Very bad experience. Don't manipulate by reading good reviews it's because they force people to write review or feedback there itself. Not even worth of 1 star.

How this place has such good reviews is over me, must be owner driven. This was worst stay I had of all the places I've ever been to. No warm water for bathroom, dirty and used bedsheets, frequent electricity cut, frequent water shortage, dirty and used towels, really awful experience. Plus it was extremely overpriced for the kind of service they had offered. Would never recommend, trust me, avoid it all costs.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
