Worst management and worst cleanliness and they charge you even if there is 5 mins delay in checkout irrespective of bad their rooms and services are. Worst possible location coz u can't even find a tea point or breakfast centre and getting cabs to that isolated location is also challenging. P.S: There's a guy named Austin, we had the disaster experience with that guy his attitude towards customers, way of speaking the arrogance I'm personally saying avoid this Inn nd look for other options its isn't worth for any kind.

I booked a room here and paid in advance to hold my reservation. However, they had overbooked somehow and we had to wait more than 30 minutes to enter our 'reserved' room. Also, we had to pay the full amount even before we could check in. The room was very unclean and not maintained at all. The washroom drain was open with stagnant water inside it which was visible clearly. There were big insects which were crawling from the drain. These points speak a lot about the hygiene level in this hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the hygiene of the room. We checked out immediately after 1hr of staying right after we checked in. Both lift and wifi were not operational. I would highly advise people against staying here. I want a full refund of the two days as soon as possible.

I booked a room here and paid in advance to hold my reservation. However, they gave us another room. Not the room photos I had seen and hotel guy had shared on WhatsApp....they made us pay double ....we reached at 3am midnight ..staff was not ready to cooperate with us ...we had our small son with us .....please 🙏 never book this hotel...Vivek works with Fab Hotel..who shared the photo on whatsapp

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
