Worst experience ever, please ignore website pictures, totally different. This hotel is not suitable for a pleasant stay. * Very small room (Not worth) * Bathroom flush are not working properly * Bathroom light are not working, even if we rising a complaint in reception unfortunately there are not taking action. * Mosquitos are roaming the room. Please ignore this location for stay always! Not worthy 😱

The room was very unclean and not worth for money.AC remote didn’t work properly. Heater was there but it doesn’t work. There is no shampoo & soap provided. Bed was not that much comfy. I booked directly in Fabhotels website but when we went and saw that they are combined with OYO which is very worst experience since we know that Fabhotels are for Business people.

Stayed with my family for two days during holidays.Nice location in Thoraipakkam Night view of town is amazing. Rooms were neat and clean with provision of hot drinking water. Staffs were friendly and provided everything we asked for.

Fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful,The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a great view. The location was convenient. Overall, a delightful experience.

Nice room but you can expect good facilities. Gud for a small family or bachelor's on medium budget.Wi-Fi was available. 😁Close to many things to do in Chennai like waterparks and many others. easy to get vehicles, n lot of eateries around.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
