        I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my visit. It was great to find drinking water readily available. The scheduled hot water timings from 7 am to 10 am and 7 pm to 10 pm were convenient. The hotel's budget rates were a little bit on the high side for no amenities provided. It's also suitable for couples. Being within walking distance from the bus stop made commuting easy. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. Flies in the room were a minor nuisance, and unfortunately, the room heater wasn't functional during my stay.

        The rooms were not kept tidy and clean. There was seepage in the washroom because of which we had moisture in the room. Cleanliness in the hotel must be improved. Staff is responsive and good.

        Very worst hotel. Never book in this. They don’t allow out side food. They provide hot water only between 7 am to 10 am. During other time if you want to use washroom let god save you in ooty climate. The staff is very arrogant. The hotel has no lift and they provided me room in cellar 3rd floor. The staff don’t answer in call when you call reception and you need to climb 3 floors to ask them and they say arrogantly that you are not the only guest here They do not provide basic things like dental kit

        Over priced, and worst service provided, by management and staffs, no hot water facility provided, there is no room service, no lunch and dinner provided wherein customer is ready to pay and no outside food is allowed, literally such a worst service never ever faced, fab hotels need to upgrade their service. Not satisfied 👎

        The worst service and response from staff and management. Inspite of off-season they have collected peak season rates and not even provided hot water ,even for drinking also. In life time we won't recommend to any body.q

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
