        Pathetic service no food availability. Rooms with lizards and spider webs. Washroom lock was broken. Even requested multiple times cutlery not provided. Even drinking water was chargeable. I will never ever recomend to anyone else in future and also will never visit.

        Pathetic service no food availability. Rooms with lizards and spider webs. Washroom lock was broken. Even requested multiple times cutlery not provided. Even drinking water was chargeable. I will never ever recomend to anyone else in future and also will never visit.

        Best hotel ever, The room, and the bathroom both are very clean, and the staff is also very good in behaviour and nature, I recommend this hotel to everyone who are finding any good hotels.

        I wanted to see room before check in and I was showed a room where hair was all over the floor in the washroom and bed cover sheets were having clear dirty spots but the receptionist said it's normal you can't have very clear bed sheet but i told her to replace it then only I will stay and she agreed I paid the amount for two days and she said loundry guy is not around I will send to your room you can wait... The whole day gone I called her thrice until it was night but every time she said she is sending.. anyway first days gone and nothing was changed.. I ordered butter milk but they sent me salted lassi but still I kept my calm then i ordered tea and they sent me tea without sugar or sugar pouches and I called them to send me the sugar pouches as it should be already served but anyway they took too much time and by the time tea was completely cold.. they don't have direct contact to kitchen you have to call reception and the girl will first of all attend the call with least interest and then she won't send anybody for cleaning or anything.. next day I called them 4 times after waiting again and again but still the cover sheet was not changed and no cleaning in the washroom.. when I shouted finally the another receptionist said it's not his fault as he was not on the shift and finally when I said i will write a review they sent service boy to change the sheets they came and just mopped the room but not the washroom and they were just coming and going as it was already 9.30 in the night so I asked them to kindly close the door if they are going out.. then the guy took my blanket to exchange with another and dint come back then again I called at the reception and receptionist said wait he will come I waited for 1.30 hrs but he dint return then again I called at the reception and then he sent the service boy and just imagine what... He brought the same blanket with same cover which he kept on the ground right outside my room.. when I reacted he changed it and took 15 more mins.. the next day I had to leave by 5 and I went to washroom to take bath by 4.30 but they dint inform me that there will be some work for water tanky and I was under the shower with loads of soap on body waiting for the water to come.. they called me twice right exact 5.01 to ask for check out but otherwise they were not responsible for the management or anything.. anyway i reached by 5.10 at the reception and they were telling me that 10 mins are already passed and then I told them the water was gone and they said ya there was some work happening for water tank but my point is why dint they inform their clients who are staying in their hotel?? Only the one thing I admire about them was the owner lady I called her for the breakfast which was too spicy like a spice has been served, she immediately asked to replace my breakfast.. but my over all stay was horrible.. I was not even given the soap for 1 hour at the time i checkwd in and the reception sent it after 1.15 hours when I requested that I am still yet to wash my hand.. how can they forget fter taking payment that they just have their room to one client...

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
