I had paid 1897.55 rs on 2nd December and booked Deluxe room which showed accommodation of 2 adults. Whereas when I reached the hotel with my 13year old daughter they said that booking is only on 1 name so I have to pay extra. In search I had clearly mentioned 2 adults and while booking there was space to fill information of only 1 adult as below. So there was no option I could mention my daughters details while booking. Nevertheless when it was mentioned in the booking portal that room is for 2 adults, how can they charge me extra when I visited there. Kindly request you to pay back the extra amount taken from me

First they want extra money online price is 1700 and the want 500 extra Service is like very bad washroom was not good not working properly tv is not working there is no tablets of fever or any other what if someone is sick bad behaviour Kahi b chale jana yaha Mt Jana

I hv booked this hotel after seeing pics tht they have posted on google.. rooms are not like that! Walls are damaged with water seepage marks, water clogs in washroom.. mrng breakfast quality was not goof at all until u order it from ala carte.. services was slow and most of the time they have ans. -we don't hv it.. be if bread, be it steam iron.. and their parking is pathetic as building is very torn up.. This hotel is situated in very old building of the city and its a very congested, dirty amd unhygienic place. Good thing was only that they hv clean room .Rest I ll advice not to book hotel seeing posted google pics. It took me an hour to locate this hotel. Overall not at all satisfactory stay!

I stayed there with my parents They provided us with a room which can accommodate 3 people comfortably The room was clean and arranged I took the photo when we were leaving the room It had a double bed and a single bed Table, chair,a sofa, 2 side tables and a kettle Washroom was clean The only thing was the hotel is on 5th floor ie the top most floor so the room was quite hot when we entered AC took a lot of time to make it come to normal temperature They also provided us complementary breakfast Manager Mr Gulab Singh assisted us in every way possible The hotel is on the main road but the Google maps took us inside the lane nearby Just check that Overall a thumbs-up

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
