        Totally unhygienic place to stay. Dusty rooms and beds. There was only one attendent handling both reception and room service. So we have ask everything like water, towel etc. Unacceptable deal from Fab hotel. One day stay at this place was like a punishment for me

        Poor room condition, broken furniture, Tv is not working 24 hrs desk is not available Pathetic breakfast mostly half cooked. Water jugs are not clean. Electric kettle not clean. Bed is very uncomfortable, had back ache after sleep Strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel.

        Room has no enough space, I booked the Deluxe category. Main Staff was annoying and not even supported for Local Taxi or Food. At first when I asked to change the room as it was so dark with less lights, hotel staff denied and then he said you have to pay extra for another good room. FAB brand has to mention in the description in the list about the Room Type, Location etc. Otherwise people cannot recognise about the room service and type. Even After Booking, there is no direct number of Hotel that we can connect.. Very bad from Hotel side and FAB brand side also, Need big Improvement in the service...

        Rooms are quite big and clean for the price but the hotel is located at an extremely odd area. To get local taxi you have to walk down a steep slope as walking up is almost not possible. Not recommended at all. If you are getting it in a package and a car is fixed to drop off and pick you up from the hotel then it's fine.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
