Unclean washrooms and the bedsheets were unclean too ! Very less amenities and definitely not worth the 3-star hotel tag! Unpleasant fragrance emanating from the entire room. Not worth taking breakfast here! Please book elsewhere and the location of this hotel isn't that great. Very undeveloped locality! I had a very unpleasant stay here. Please book elsewhere.

Front office Reception was utterly pathetic. He didn't even bothered. He took his own time in allotting the room. Room 104 was allotted. AC was not effective.Room was spacious. Morning even at 06/45 no hot water. Night reception clerk said there will be hot water but no. When I checked out @ 07/30 Reception clerk was still sleeping with lights off.

The place is falling apart. Shower head must be from the stone age. The towel same and was rock hard. The staff was the main let down, really not welcoming or motivated to listen and help when you ask. Asked if my room was quiet "yes it's quiet". It was a room overlooking the main street. At least at night there was less cars. Even for a one night stopover for airport i would not recommend hotel.

I booked the hotel by calling FAB customer service and paid a 25% deposit upfront. Unfortunately, they provided false information, claiming the posted pictures were the latest. Upon entering the room, we discovered pillows without covers and an unclean environment with a smelly bathroom and stained chairs. Despite requesting a cancellation, there was no response, resulting in a very disappointing experience.

The room was infested with cockroaches, crawling all over, this was a clear settle infestation and has been reported by other users before. Normally there is nobody in the reception and you have to wait patiently until they randomly show up. The bathroom was very ugly to put it in a nice way. AC with bad positioning blowing air over the head in the bed. No WiFi cover in the room. You need to ask for towels and toilet paper because apparently they are careless preparing the rooms (also have been reported by other users). I would not recommend staying there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
