I stayed for 5 days. They didn't clean atleast once even asking repeatedly. Rooms are not good, I changed twice to get better room. No hot water. At the time of check out they will force to give 5 star review in front of them on online portal.

As soon as checked in they force you to make upfront full payment. Post that you cannot change the date or prepond the check out at all. Even if you check out early they will let you leave but not refund the extra payment they owe us. Rooms not cleaned everyday. Mostly TV not working stayed multiple times in multiple rooms due to work travel convenience. Wifi not shared with guest. No hot water for bath. Reception and housekeeping staff keeps changing every 15 days due to their internal management issues.

I recently took a single occupancy stay at fab ssv grand hotel. The room service was good. Wash room maintenance should be improved and to be kept clean. Overall it's an average hotel and manageable for 1 day stay. I felt it is pricy for the facility they provide.

BAD Experience. Room no. 111 I booked it through fabhotel being said it is 3star hotel and renovated. Nothing was working except lights. Stayed 2days, nobody came for cleaning. NO Hot water in bathroom, need to ask and provided by buckets. Fan was too noisy, literally like drill machine noise. TV, Refrigerator NOT working. When complained, got to hear many false stories. Pathetic service and charged higher than other better hotels.
