        The absolute worst. Please don't book this hotel. Each and everything about this hotel was bad. 1) Starting from the reception where they didn't even have any idea about the booking, then the room, where the door handle just came off from inside. 2)I had booked 2 rooms and when i went inside 1 room it was not cleaned properly, the dustbin was very dirty and the room had a strong smell of smoke and alcohol. The room service made things worse as I had ordered tea around 5 in the evening and they took the order and then around 5.30 I called them saying I still didn't get my tea yet and they said that they didn't even get such an order, I was angry but said nevermind please make one now as I had to go for some work and then they said that they are on it and took another 30 minutes and when I called they said they are ready and will give in a few minutes. Then I called them again and till 7 I didn't get my tea so I cancelled it. 3) The food was bad too, mostly felt like they were giving food which was leftovers from the previous day. Only good thing was Laccha paratha and butter chicken. Other food items where really bad and mostly was microwaved. 4) If you just wanna stay one night in noida then fine, but if ur gonna be staying any longer I won't suggest staying in this place. Absolute worst never going back.

        Stay was quite pleasant. Quick room service. Great value for money. Location is also very ideal. Only suggestion would be to provide a trolley to carry heavy luggage.

        Clean rooms, the staff was polite and friendly. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Good food.

        I had a great experience at the hotel. Very nice staff and amazing food, facilities provided at the hotel is really good. Amazing environment and good maintenance of hygiene.

        Bilkul bekar hotel koi galti c b mat karna Rooms is bag condition. I'm complet the food inspector for visit this hotel and check and close the hotel. I'm rasie online complaint already

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
