Hotel was good but fabhotel as a partner is very trouble maker this time. The refund policies are too slow if by chance there's a duplicate payment by mistake. Coming to hotel complimentary breakfast was not good enough at all , as they will take you to nearby restaurant and you can just have any 1 dish from the option. Coffee is only 1 cup per day. Rooms and washrooms are clean but need improvement as some taps and toilet seats were loose , bit broken. Overall the stay for 4 nights and hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Hotel manager JITENDRA was extremely supporting helpful and cooperative.

There were stains on the bedsheets. Even after booking double bed, they provided single bed. There were no coffee sachets and even the kettle was not working. I found the bathroom tiles bit slippery. The towels looked like they were 5 yrs old. Overall, if you need a place just for sleep in the night, then can be considered as it’s directly opposite the Embassy Golf club.

If I could give this hotel and FabHotels a 0 rating then I would. The original booking I made was cancelled because the hotel was shut down, and I received no intimation from FabHotel about it. This hotel that I was transferred to is located in the middle of a slum and the staff is untrained. The infrastructure is horrible. The AC was not working in the hotel and took over 6 hours to get fixed. We had to check out the next day and had requested for the breakfast to be served early. However, they conveniently forgot about that and served breakfast very late. As a result the cab we booked cancelled and all our plans went for a toss. The checkout was horrible as the staff was busy playing the blame game. I called FabHotels customer service number to report the harassment and inconvenience we faced, however, the customer service executive called me a LIAR and disconnected the phone on my face. I have never ever experienced this much harassment, ill treatment, and poor customer service in my life. And to top it all off, it was my birthday that went to hell after all this. Thank you so much FabHotel for ensuring that I NEVER book a stay with you in my life. And I’ll advise everyone else to do the same.

Very Average one, very pricey for what it is. I went with lots of expectations. The surrounding area is not up to the mark for hype given. Room condition and toilet are like lodges. Too small room. Bedsheets were torn and were not changed with hair from the last guest. They can rectify everything if taken seriously.

Worst place to spend your vacation. No proper food available at the hotel. Drinking water provided at the room is rationed. God only should save you if you are at this hotel in summer. AC not functioning properly. On the whole, a bad place to live in. Do not take the room even if they are giving at a cheaper price. Nalini Ravi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
