Room and the bathrooms were very small. It was not like how it looked in photos. It is on a busy road. Hence there is lot of traffic noise in the room. They don't have a resturant, so there is no food option. You have to eat outside. Definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Worst experience with these guys as well as with Fab Hotel CC, booked the room in the morning by paying in advance, but when I reached the hotel at night 10 PM.. these people said they did not have any rooms available and for more details told me to connect with fab hotel CC, after contacting they also saying the same... they do not have a room, please search any other nearby hotel, the behavior of hotel staff was so bad.. it sounded like if I ask anything more they are going to call some goons and hit me.. and CC people such rude agents.. after all this drama.. when I checked in the app for a refund.. its mentioned No Show...I think Fab hotel is making money like this by onboarding such hotels and taking money in advance and then not refunding.. don't trust Fab hotel anymore.. and especially don't go to this hotel.. they do not have hotel staff... they hired goons who will try to threaten you if you try to argue.

Good location near to airport, restaurants , along main road. Rooms are very small, air conditioned, fan available, TV, WiFi, Geyser and small cup board for storing clothes. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was delivered to the room, as it was included in our booking package. Dedicated underground parking for cars. Small bar counter available in floor 1 (11am-11pm).

It is too expensive for the facilities provided. The rooms are not well maintained and for the price of 2250₹ basic facilities like ac and other perks like toiletries and cleanliness of the room very very poor. Very bad experince.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
