Staff is very polite, humble, courteous, helpful particularly on the reception I got a very warm welcome. Rooms are very neat and clean. House keeping staff provide prompt service. I wish all the very best to all hotels staff. Thanks and regards

Owner is good, But till now I didn't seen any rooms and Even I didn't spent a single night yet. But when I booked property, that time complete property was fully occupied but the owner helped me to get another Good hotel.so I can't give any rating now for the property.

Rooms are spacious but needs better lighting. Room service was not quick and had to follow up multiple times. Food was good. Location is close to station but area is not ideal.

Very bad service and highly unprofessional staffs. They simply harass every guest who has a booking through oyo l, agoda Or Fab hotels app. Their receptionist kartik had denied to allot me any room as I have booked and made full payment through agaoda app. He sought a reason that they have no confirmation from the app and i have to resolve my issue by talking to agaoda customer care. They just harass willingly. Please do not book this hotel for your stay.

I had a horrible experience of two nights after staying at this hotel. They have a receptionist named Kartik, he is a highly unprofessional and rude with guests. This is just a hotel, no resorts. I Booked a room at this hotel via Agoda app from 4 dec to 6 dec. Check in time was 12PM. I called at hotel's reception at 7 pm on 3rd December to get a confirmation on my booking and if i can early check-in. They confirmed my booking over phone and early check-in was available after payment of Rs. 500 extra. I came to hotel at 4 AM in the morning on 4th December. This guy kartik did not allowed us for early check-in and told that no rooms are available against your booking, go and contact Agoda or do whatever. We had to manage somewhere else till 12 pm. When i came at 12 pm for check-in they made me to wait for longer time and sought a new reason to deny our booking that in there system just one person is showing so they ll allow only one person. After so much of argument and 2 3 calls at customer support of Agoda the issue resolved. But i was not allotted a room till 5:30 in the evening of 4th December. Requesting n number of times they have gave a room with a non functional door lock and two separate single beds which was not as per the booking. Had to manage somehow as i was not having so much time and as amount was already paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They have a non functional lift as well. They have listed themselves on fab hotels, agoda and oyo but they misbehaved when u came with a booking from these apps, maybe because of the low price. Don't go for this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
