        The rooms were pathetic. There were no side tables near the bed. There are no water bottles and when I ask the staff to provide me water they said, the water bottles are finished at the hotel and they are arranging water, but from morning till the evening, nobody provides me water to drink. All the staff members behaved like that they are unprofessional and they don't have any kind of formal training of hospitality. The interiors, aesthetics of the hotels are like you're entering in a slum. Reception Guy is quite rude and entitled when I get inside the hotel, It was 12 PM and it was the check-in time. The room was not ready so they asked me to wait at the restaurant, until my room get ready. I waited for 20 minutes and then I asked the guy (who was hanging around for sometime) is my room ready? he said, yes, it is ready, come with me. It was the worst experience.

        Nothing is good except average breakfast. You never get a cab on time because of the third class area. The area around is worst, and not good for family. Please avoid this hotel and any other hotel around this area.

        Hotel dirty and with rats! Worst hotel where we have stayed during our vacation in India! the bathroom was super dirty, tobacco smell in the room and even the bath towels had tobacco smell, we found a couple of rats in our room and the door from the room did not close properly. When we told reception about the rats, they didn't even apologize. They changed us to another room although it was also super dirty and smelling super bad. Initially we booked the room for 2 nights, but we left after the first night. Funny thing is that when we did the checkout and told the guys that we were leaving because of the dirt and the rats, they even tried to sell us a tour around the city.

        Very bad service of some of the staff members, tasteless food. Crockroches in the room. Needed to say for each and everything , like please give towels, check this ,check that. We have to change our rooms,due to certain reasons like leakage in the washroom, slow water in the tap. Arguments .will never suggest this hotel to any of my friends or relatives. Next to the hotel there is massage parlour where call girls are seen all time.

        Worst experience ever we had. Don’t go by the pictures shown on the websites. Dirty beds, messy floors, no towels, always call reception to switch on the hot water and in fact rats as well can be found. Smelly rooms and obviously not a family place. For sure, we will not visit this place and not recommend any one.
