Stayed for the second time after our great experience five years ago when the property was brand new. Understand that Fairfield is budget variant of Marriott, the property has started to feel little run down . Towels & toilet paper were of substantially cheaper quality. In room fridge was non operational and only powder creamer was provided instead of long life or fresh milk . Soundproofing between the rooms was negligible. Location & extremely courteous staff are the plus points for this property.

Rooms are relatively small for a star hotel. However the hotel is very close to Amritsar Railway station which is convenient. The girl in the restaurant desk is very arrogant and doesn't seem to even have heard of talking politely to guests. Food is decent. The property is fine but totally Not worth the money when compared to other star hotels.

Fantastic Hotel. Smiling Staff, Very Courteous and Very Helpfull. They have got the first three things right the rest only adds to the feel. Special Mention for Nishika ( Check In) Dhirendra the manager both were outstanding and the entire team of Fairfield Marriott. Breakfast was fantastic and the spread was very good. A must stay when in Amritsar.

Great Stay & food was very yummy 😋. Specially thanks to Mr. Akhil Bhatia he is very good & very polite person i really like it . But i'm very disappoint for housekeeping because There was a very bad smell like a smoking in the room or my room lock is not working i am trying to open the door but door was no open 😞... I wish give me a better room nxt time . But staff was really loving.... thankyou 😊

Very nice hotel. Keeps up with the Marriott brand in all ways. Hotel staff at the reception, restaurant and the room service are very courteous, respectful and always there to help. Located conveniently. Highly recommend this place. Must stay here!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
