I am glad to share my review.... The staff upfront was average at best, some much more attentive than others. The dining/room service staff, on the other hand, was remarkably accommodating. My primary issue is that throughout the common areas (dining area, front desk, etc.), they loop the same 10-15 minutes of music all day long. I really feel for the staff because this must be maddening. I was there for ~5 nights and I had more than had my fill of that music. Management should change this for the benefit of staff and guests alike. Facilities and food were good but overall this Fairfield has a few steps to being above average. Thank you 😊

we went to new year mid night party. Pls i suggest not to go for any party or for restaurant here, terrible it was. Even on spending 6k for that, the menu is lesser than normal udupi hotel and they serve cheap liqour in unlimited buffet so that no one will have that, and it took 15min for every peg to get refill. Its better visit local small hotels for better food and stay. they are not fot run road side food cart also.

My stay at Fairfield by Marriott Bengaluru Rajajinagar was excellent. The hotel was modern, clean and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. Thenk you Dear Phangsa thank you for my room sarvice The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist me with any queries I had. The food at the hotel's restaurant was also delicious, with a good selection of local and international cuisine. The location was also great, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Bengaluru Dear Phangsa I especially want to tell you. thank you 🥰🥰🥰😊😊😊

Rooms are near but services are pathetic. I am in hotel right now, booked as a corporate customer, at first I was unable to access to the room with the key and called the reception from the common phone outside lift but they sent another key after 15 minutes. Post that when I entered the room the flush was not working for which I called and they didn't send anyone for half an hour post which again I had to call them and then they sent the housekeeping person to check. All this happened at 1:30 AM. Pathetic service, doesn't look like a 4 star hotel which they are claiming to be. Breakfast was fine with the average options available. They take corporate bookings majorly and they should work on improving their services.

Good place for leisure or business traveler. Good service and rooms are decent size. It may need a bit of touch of renovation of rooms to make it modern but okay for its current price range. A special shout out to chef Dola who was very hospitable and eager to receive any feedback about the buffet spread

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
