        This was my first stay at this property and it turned out to be a Great experience. The check-in process was super smooth. They made a note of my requirement and had blocked a room for me. Special mention to Chef Bharat, Retwik and Rakesh, who made the breakfast experience special. Quality of food and especially Service is exceptional. Kudos to the team who work here with a Service mindset! Luxury hotels need to learn from them...

        The rooms were not that great, and the complimentary breakfast didn't have any variety had almost same dishes on all the days of my stay. The ground floor rooms are kinda confusing in numbers. Also the washroom faucet was kinda broken. I didn't have a great experience visiting.

        I stayed in this hotel for my office meetings. The room equipments gave me tough time for two days. I had to change my room twice. The rooms, equipment, colour combination, floor carpets, views from window, all are pathetic. Finally, got a room that was better equipped. The towels were so bad that they would be tear if used a bit strongly. Kettle did not stop evenif the water bioled off completely (dangerous, isn't it?). However, a thing that covers up most problems and discomforts is the kitchen staff. Mainly, I would like to thank Chef Bharat, the Waiter Retwik. They made all efforts to ensure that Inget my food (I eat special food). Another thing i noticed was that the housekeeping boys left a note with a small local key chain on the decorated bed, which is unusual. Evenif it was not a great addition to comfort, it actually represents their sense of hospitality and relationship making.

        Stayed from 21st to 23rd Sep. Excellent stay. Very cooperative staff with welcoming attitude. Although check in time is 3pm, they let me check in by 2 pm as per request. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Special appreciation to Bharat and Praban who provided top notch service during Breakfast. Rooms were spacious, luxurious, neat and clean including bathroom.

        Just went to have lunch at their Kava restaurant. Very very limited variety in menu. Not recommended for dining experience. Otherwise, whatever food is there, taste and service is good.
