This hotel is good to go for every kind of traveller. It’s has great ambience & aesthetics. Great Service standards as expected from Marriot group. Food taste is the only parts needs to looked upon, if comes to Indian dishes especially. Otherwise continental food was outstanding. Last but not least this property offers superb location & comes at great pricing.

One of the best hotels in Dehradun. Great staff. Comfortable rooms, mattresses, pillows. Well lit rooms. Plenty of water... Which is very unusual, and welcoming. Their biggest asset is their staff, that goes above and beyond to make you welcome. The food was also excellent.

Room can be little more spacious. It had all facilities but somewhat felt like kids room in terms of space. Twin bedroom can be good for kids. Room service is also not that good and fast. They take a lot of time to do basic tasks. Reception staff at night duty is not at all pleasant. In such luxury hotel reception staff should be more polite and helpful. Food service was very outstanding. Food quality and taste. We had buffet lunch and dinner. They had almost everything taste was the best. Gym and pool is also added advantage. Gym trainer was there to help you exercise. All other staff other than reception and manager are very polite they greet you many times. Location was little far from the main city. Approximately 30-35 minutes from railway station. It was overall a good stay keeping 1-2 things aside.

Very nice hotel with neat and clean and aesthetically designed rooms and excellent service. While designing they must have forgotten the need for big cars as the driveway is too small and gets congested too soon . That is the only drawback.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
