        Very good stay, the service was top notch breakfast buffet was superb. They have really plenty spread at breakfast. The location is very convenient. We hired scooter which was available just outside the hotel. Only feedback I have is the bathroom had only shower and no tap. Please install normal taps also.

        My current experience in this hotel, chosen solely for the Marriott reputation, has been consistently disappointing. From the outset, attempting to make a booking over the phone resulted in an unhelpful response. The individual I spoke to repeatedly stated, "Reservation team isn't here, please call back in the morning," ultimately disconnecting my call despite my urgent need to secure a reservation for the following day. Regrettably, the reality of the room is starkly different from expectations. It's cramped, barely accommodating for a single adult, lacking proper bathroom ventilation. The service standards are abysmal – no responsive room service or manned reception desk. The food quality falls below par, yet the prices are exorbitant, almost comically so. The attitude of the front desk staff is dishearteningly indifferent, unhelpful, and at times, outright rude. It's baffling why Marriott, known for its quality, has allowed this property to fall so short. This experience has been utterly disappointing, and it's disheartening to witness such a drop in standards from a renowned brand like Marriott.

        Staff is very friendly and polite, always greeting with a smile and ready to accommodate your request. The hotel restaurant has pretty good Indian and Continental choices, Chef Sainath gives the extra mile to make you feel at home, Larson is very attentive and polite, front desk team is also very collaborative and courteous. Rooms are small average size but comfortable and with good amenities, this is a beach hotel so it is supposed you will be mostly outdoors by the pool and beaches not in the room so size is not an issue. For business or a short beach stay is well located and affordable, but the hospitality is their strong side!! Congratulations to all the Staff for being polite and friendly.

        The experience with this hotel was the poorest of my life. We have been travelling for more than 20 years now but the kind of infrastructure, cleanliness, service I got at this hotel was pathetic. Rooms are not cleaned till 6pm every day, fan are full of dust, leftover of previous guests were not cleared, spider web were there in the room. I would prefer a 2 star hotel instead of this hotel. Hotel staff is also looking flattering to hide these faults. If I could give less than zero I could have given negative marks as well… very pathetic

        It was a really nice experience staying at Fairfield by Marriott at Calangute. Specially Alizeh was very nice and very professional. She helped us to transfer to a better room of our needs as we wanted to stay on a higher floor. As we were new to Goa, she recommended lot of better places to visit in Goa including nice bars and to witness amazing sunset in the city. Overall rally happy with the service.           It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
