Excellent service, fantastic food, friendly staffs, great location, neat and clean rooms, budget friendly, overall an ultimate place. We were 70 people stayed there for three days. We feel like a luxury home, not like a hotel. Each and every staff cooperates very well. Special thanks to Mr. Yash at front office, Ms. Selena and Ms. Darshana from sales team, Mr. Akshay from events team. Great support from them for the successful event. Thanks to Marriott. I strongly recommend either you are looking for a family trip or with friends or an organization event, this would be the best destination.

Unexpectedly landed up here with two hungry 2 year olds in the middle of the night after missing our flight for no fault of our own. The hotel was extremely caring and did their best to ensure that we were comfortable after such a ordeal. Very warm service and a special shoutout to Alyssa for adding breakfast to our package at the last minute without charging us and allowing us akate checkout. Marriott, please promote her or give her a raise! Kind service is so rare these days but she's truly an example of it.

The property was very good. The prices are quite competitive. The best part was the courteous, friendly, humble and very helpful staff. They took good care of our child. Always willing to help and serve. Executive Chef Krishnendu made our trip very special. He even gave us tips on what to order. The Pink Sauce Pasta was extremely delectable. Alisha at the reception was quite helpful. Rohit and Sangita at the Kava restaurant were very courteous and friendly. Housekeeping staff was also good. We always found our room clean and tidy when we got back from a small tour. Sadiccha from housekeeping team was quite helpful and courteous as well. Overall a good property. Must visit.

It has been very pathetic experience specially with Brand name of Marriot. On Day 1 - we order some food and some other food arrived. Tea packs were uncleaned. On Day 2- we waited for 45 minutes to get towels and shower bags. There was dead insects for 2 days (photo attached) and after 3 reminders it got cleaned On Day 3- we waited for 45 min for get single coffee. Rooms were too small with 200 sq ft inclusive of bath area. If you are paying 11k per night, you expect better service in all aspects. It is shame that Marriot brand is not up to the task on this location. I would suggest either to go some other options like Novotel or Hilton or reduce hotel bugdet as anyways marriot gives poor services and not worth for 11k per night. External location is great and it has series of hotels like Novotel Hilton Grand hotel etc

The hotel is easy to reach, have Vallet parking, staffs are very helpful, the rooms are not that spacious as shown in the pics, food is no doubt good, buffet breakfast have alot of options, the best part is the pool. Hotel is quite far from Calangute beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
