One of the very few hotels which lack a swimming pool facility, but make up for it in terms of their hospitality. Also found it extremely difficult to believe that they don't serve chicken cocktails or cold cut meats in their breakfast spread.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience overall. The location of the hotel is excellent – situated in the heart of Indore, it offers easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and exuded a sense of comfort and modernity. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, The hotel facilities, such as the fitness center and the rooftop pool, were well-maintained and provided a refreshing way to relax and unwind.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Marriott and had a great experience during my stay. It was convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the front desk were courteous and friendly, making me feel welcomed right from the start. Room: The room was spacious and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was decent. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the common areas tidy. Facilities: The hotel had a range of facilities available, including a fitness center, swimming pool, and a business center. I particularly enjoyed the gym, which was well-equipped and clean. Dining: The hotel had a couple of dining options, including a restaurant and a bar. The food quality at the restaurant was very good. Service: The hotel staff, in general, were polite and helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
