        Great ambiance, along with helpful staff. Breakfasts are really worth it as they had almost everything to offer and also buffet in the dinner. As a north Indian specifically from Lucknow, My taste buds were somewhere not satisfied but overall I had a very good experience. Little bit far from city centre but great location if someone has to go to airport.

        Mixed experience. The hospitality in restaurant (KAVA) was good. But Check-in experience was not satisfactory. Check-in time is as late as 3PM. On top of that they asked 1 hour extra to clean the room! What were you doing between 12PM to 3PM then?

        Everything, from the room to the hospitality is heartwarming. Amazing. However, the in room dining is appalling. Any order placed, from just a cold drink to the dinner, is served at least one and a half hours after placing of the order. It's a game of endurance. We had ordered for a plate of Bengali Fish fry and a soup as snacks at around 5pm, which was served at 7pm and that too as cold as stone. Basically, the room dining is not worth the money charged for the room and it's services.

        Great place to stay. Thank you to Mr. Sagnik Mandal for assisting me with an early check-in. Breakfast was decent, with a variety of options, and the hotel staff takes great care of you to ensure your comfort. There are plenty of attractions nearby to visit.

        Room no 301 I checked in 22 January.my 2 small bags they can’t send to my room after 3 phone calls from lobby to my room. Then I go personally and take that and only receseption lady say sorry song it’s totally ridiculous. Before she told she already send bags to room at the time I come for check in. If she told that time I can take by myself . It’s very important meeting on that time and my laptop on that laptop bag.
