Very convenient location near the airport. The room was slightly cramped for space but the views were well worth. Very friendly and attentive staff. However if you are staying late in the bar the food can take some time to get to the table. Breakfast spread was huge and very impressive. This is a great place if you are looking for a short stay in Mumbai near the airport. Value for money.

Perfect place ! Incredibly welcoming, the staff is truly amazing ! Everything was as it should be, room was good in size, clean, with great AC! Nothing to say, except perhaps the fact that the coffee price was the same whether you'd take a cappuccino or a ristretto which I find a bit hard to understand as the quantity and time to make it are different. But apart from that, I highly recommend to spend the night there !

According to my thought, this 5 star hotel staff will be too obedient and Faithful. But I was 100% WRONG. I have lost CASH from my CAR in Valet Parking. Rs. 10 x 90 notes = Rs.900.00 from my dash board. Amount is too Small But reputation of hotel has gone very big. Never Never Never Trust any employee in this hotel. When I had given complain at reception counter about this theft, Manager has simply tell me that we will see our camera. But still I have not received any of call from the hotel. At least I will not prefer any time this property of Marriott.

Great hotel and would stay there again during my next visit . All the staff were very friendly. The room was a very good size and had a lovely large tv with a huge window as well. I have to give extra credit to the hospitality staff in particular, the rooms were extremely clean and they cleaned them every day to a very high standard. In addition that the in room dining staff were also great, if you ordered take away from outside the hotel they were still more then happy to provide the cutlery. Do not hesitate in booking this hotel!!!

The stay at this 4-star hotel was delightful! The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities that made the stay very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries. The hotel's central location was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience and excellent value for the price!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
