Location is beautiful in the hills. Reena was an amazing host, a great welcome to the hotel. But apart from the other service being friendly, the service at the breakfast was poor. Forgetting orders for tea, taking away our cutlery, not replacing them, slightly dirty dishes. Food was also not up to scratch with things being too sweet. Wifi also didn’t work well. I would advise to change these things to qualify for a 5* hotel. Also spa although small should be able to use by everyone.

It was an awesome experience of staying over there. Wonderful property. And good staff. Overall a great outing.Good cooperation with gust, full fill facility provide to gust, excellent place to enjoy full day.Polite staff, good food, spacious rooms. Cleanliness is superb How ever the process of check in and check out is very time consuming. Adequate staff should be provided.

Our stay at Fateh Garh for 3 days in the heritage suite with balcony room was a marvellous experience. Nestled in the hills far outside from the hustle and bustle of the city, the views from every corner of this resort of the surrounding hills and Fateh Sagar Lake will take your breath away. The rooms are huge and the bathroom itself has the size of a room of a normal 5 star business hotel. The property has a heritage feel to it at every corner but the thing which stands out the most is their amazing hospitality. The staff and management are there to fulfill your every demand with a smile and sometimes without even asking for it. As an example - I am a heavy black tea drinker and had run out of tea bags very soon (property provided enough, it’s just that I drink tea a lot) but best thing is next day when they replenished the tea/coffee etc., I saw they have added more tea bags and extra water bottles pro-actively without me even mentioning it to them… only suggestions I have for them are - please put some more dustbins in the property at different locations , please add a floor mat in the bathroom and also it would be great if you could add some kids room or some area for the kids to play .. but these are minor things and I can assure you that they don’t come as a hindrance for the wonderful experience you are going to have here

We had an excellent stay at Fatehgarh in January 2024. Everything from location to rooms to service is top notch. In fact on service, you could compare with the top hotel chains in India/globally. The property is a drive up the hill and the decor and views are very impressive (difficult to detail in words). The staff goes out of the way to make you feel welcome. The way the hotel blends local culture and cuisine, and the housekeeping staff putting personalized messages for each guest room is charming. Special mention to Sushil in dining and Bharat Gameti in housekeeping. The only area for improvement is probably some more variety/options in food. Thanks and we will surely visit again!

The view from hotel was mind-blowing, green Aravalli hill range and you can clearly see both of the udaipur lake and city palace from every floor. Excellent property, amazing view. Very spacious rooms and cleanliness. They have made heritage theme and it felt like we are living in a small king palace. Food was good and very friendly and helpful staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
