        The common areas are clean, and the hotel's interior design exudes a sense of comfort. The staff at a radha Hotel provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist with any inquiries or requests. The check-in process was smooth, and the concierge was particularly helpful in providing local recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. Housekeeping did a commendable job in maintaining cleanliness, and the room service was prompt and efficient. While the hotel restaurant offered a decent selection of dishes, I found the dining experience to be slightly lacking in terms of variety. The food quality was good, but I believe there's room for improvement in expanding the menu options. Hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access key attractions and transportation hubs. It's situated in a relatively quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat while still being close to the city's main points of interest.

        We had dinner at Waterside restaurant at Feathers Hotel. It was buffet and good choice of variety food. Many Veg/NonVeg starters which was delicious. Customer service was very good. Soothing Ambiance. Good place for family and team dining. Valet parking available.

        Recently, on 9 & 10 December, my wife and I booked a room for 2 days in Chennai Feathers Radha hotel. We are from Singapore and we believed that the hotel would maintain a considerably high standard in terms of food quality. The very next day, around 4.30 am, my wife placed an order for cups of tea, as we had to attend a wedding in the early morning. The tea they served tasted very strange and yet we had it trusting hotel's food hygiene standard and we were also in a hurry. Within an hour, my wife began experiencing bouts of vomiting and diarrhea, after which we realized that the tea we drank had gone bad. My wife traveled back to Singapore that night with all the pain. It took her around 4 days to recover from the food poisoning. Hence, we are deeply disappointed with the poor food standards of this hotel. PS: Hire more experienced individuals with a considerable flair in English as staff. We had a hard time communicating with them to have our needs met.

        I would like to share my feedback for two staff: Koushik Dey - I had a wonderful dining experience at this hotel restaurant, thanks to the excellent service of @Koushik Dey. He was attentive, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. He made sure that our orders were taken promptly, our food was served hot and delicious, and our drinks were refilled regularly. He also gave us helpful suggestions on the menu and accommodated our special requests with a smile. He was friendly and engaging, but not intrusive. He made us feel valued and appreciated as customers. He is a great asset to the hotel and deserves recognition for his outstanding work. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal and a superb waiter. Thank you, Koushik Dey, for making our night memorable! Rupsa Banerjee: I was truly impressed by the service of Rupsa Banerjee at the hotel restaurant. She was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. She greeted us warmly and took our orders quickly. She brought our food in a timely manner and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. She also offered us some great recommendations on the dishes and the desserts. She was attentive to our needs and preferences, and made sure that we were satisfied with our meal. She was friendly and charming, and added a personal touch to our dining experience. She is a wonderful waiter and a credit to the hotel. Thank you, Rupsa Banerjee, for making our evening special! Overall, other staff members were also good.

        The hotel is clean and all amenties are their Best massage u would find but still room service is bad … i ordered biryani with chix breast and the chief agreed however they brought me thigh pieces cut as if its breast. Internet is really bad it keeps disconnecting every 10 minutes. Even after i call them they said try again. Still same issue i had to delay my business meeting for that. Very unfortunate.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
