I recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and created a welcoming atmosphere. It lost its quality completely .. was using this property since 15 years.. I stayed with my family this week and taken 4 rooms.. first of all. Reception male staffs (night and day shifts)were seriously rude in replying and no hospitality, not allotted reserved rooms rather provided low/ base category. HORRIBLE rooms, bed cushion was completely damaged and felt like lying on a plywood.. I developed backpain, bed spreads were very very old and torn, Power sockets not working, Bathroom was poorly maintained with no hot water - Request Hotel management to take this seriously and to incorporate measures to retain our old good experience back

Spacious rooms. But not maintained properly. Stayed in R107. AC remote displays 23°, AC displays 17°.Could not change mode. Doors slam with a big noise. Bath room door could not be shut at all. Damaged kettle with lid falling into cup. No dairy whitener for cofee provided. Awfully bad, bland complimentary break fast. I have earlier stayed here. But when I stayed here on 28, I felt the management is not serious about running the business

Have been coming here for more than 20 years. Was once a luxury hotel in the heart of the city, but with other luxurious hotels sprouting around, this place has lost its charm. But the standards are being maintained.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
