        Never recommend any body to stay here . Reasons are summarised as below: 1. Rooms are not comfortable, 2.Beds are too much hard to sleep 3.No housekeeping. 4. No any type of service 5. Two managers are available one gye is good having manner and soft spoken, but another one is just opposite to him. At every request for any facility his response is "no". Suggest people to avoid visit this property

No water, no soap, no towel I suggest never to stay at this hotel After asking for water they told me go to the 1st floor and fill your own bottle by yourself. I asked for soap they told me go and bring from outside from the market. Very rude owner as well as staff

        I will write my review under following heads so people know and decide what place this is- Location:- 1. In the crowded street near a hospital. 2. As i had a car, asked for parking space, owner said i can park it on the main road at the side. Giving to how crowded the place is, you will certainly end up with missing or broken parts and dents in your car next day. Room charges and conditions:- 1. My biggest mistake was not searching online and walking straight into the hotel. The owner, sitting in a shabby corner he calls reception, straightaway quoted 1500 for a day for a room where he will make ac funtional. Point to note- all rooms have ac, but those who dont pay for ac, their ac connection would be disconnected from the mcb. 2. When i walked into the room, it was of a size where two people can hardly stand beside the bed. The room was too dark. The bed too hard, sheets had turned yellow from white. The bathroom was also very small and appeared less hygienic. I had a doubt as to whether me and my brother would be able to stay and not get ill as our number of days of staying depended on the admitted family member. 3. He asked two days advance payment. I paid 3000 and was given a receipt. Surprisingly, online prices are half straightaway. Food:- 1. I enquired about meals. I was told that there is no meal facility and i can go to any nearby dhaba. 2. As it was lunchtime, i walked for almost 3-4 km and could only find small unhygienic food hotels.( cannot call them dhaba or restaurant.) OWNER'S BEHAVIOUR:- 1. The owner straightaway had charged us almost double and took 2 day's advance. 2. After booking the room, we had not even stepped inside for staying and had just seen the room before booking, we went back to hospital. My family member had to be shifted elsewhere for surgery. We went back , told the owner about the situation. This was just after about half an hour of paying advance and our luggage was still with us in our car. The room had not been touched. The owner refused to return any money. While arguing it seemed that he was thinking he would easily fool anybody. After arguing for almost half an hour and me threatening of complaining to police, he returned 1500 of the 3000 i gave him as advance. He was not listening to the fact that we had to shift the patient without delay and kept on arguing for about half an hour. He even turned to indecent language while me still talking decently. If only i had time, would have definitely brought police there.. 3. I seriously feel such people should be thrashed by public and his hotel boycotted. I lost 1500 which may not be a big amount to me but for common people, they would be stuck without any help nearby.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
