This was a long awaited concept at affordable range in our city. The entire experience was excellent. We started off in evening, went for sailing to see the sunset & later had dinner there. Very peaceful and beautiful at the same time. We had small kids and aged people along with ourselves, the staffs took extreme care, and believe me there is no risk, they also have rooms for you, which you can opt for, that adds more comfort to your entire experience. Over and above this, the food & beverages were delicious. The staffs Lawrence & Bosco, made sure we had a memorable evening.

Went for a bday evening. And it was amazing. Sunset slot is the best as it covers sunset and around trans harbour link. Experience was great, hygienic place and a variety of food options. Food quantity can be improved but taste was good.! Overall great evening

The sunset cruise is great experience at an affordable price! Lot's of spots on the cruise to click pretty pictures. Food was good, taste as well as quantity wise. Music could have been a little subtle like instrumental or more melodious Bollywood songs. Overall an experience worth the visit! Will surely suggest this to more people and for small parties too.

it was truly an incredible experience. The ferry ride itself was smooth and comfortable, and the views of the city skyline and the ocean during the ride were simply breathtaking. As we approached the Sunset, the colors of the sky started changing and the sun started to set in the horizon. It was a truly mesmerizing sight that left me in awe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
