This is a very conveniently located hotel near to the Airport. They have got a good banquet hall and a lawn area to have small corporate functions. Rooms are good and clean. Most of the seasonal time full with foreign guests. Nice restaurant

Checked in much later than I expected to, in pouring rain. We had driven past other hotels and I was prepared to dash out in the rain with my luggage. To my pleasant surprise, there was a courtyard entrance to a covered parking spot. The hotel attendants jumped in and took care of the luggage, and we entered the lobby dry. Given the monsoon type rain, that was a huge plus. We were checked and in bed in 30 minutes. The room was spacious and very well appointed. Dark and quiet, exactly how it should be. There was no wait for the shuttle and the airport is literally less than 5 minutes away. I made noobie mistakes; didn't know the c terminal but the driver was patient and worked it out. Great service. Definitely will stay here again. Area is safe and the hotel staff were friendly and professional.

Stayed at this place for 1 night as it was located very near to the airport. The staff was very helpful and cordial. Room service was very attentive. They were even ready to take suggestions and prepare food to your liking. The corridors were clean and well maintained. Room was spacious, the bedding was fresh and spotless. Toilet was clean and dry with basic amenities provided. They also provided free transfer to the airport based on client requirements.

Very nice property, excellent interiors, spacious rooms, right next to Cochin Airport. Service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was good but most items were cold. Their tariff was exorbitant. You can get 5 star chain hotels on Cochin Marine Drive for similar or lower rates.

I went for IELTS exam however the corridor was very neat and clean and staff was really good. I tried some foods , it's so delicious and tasty. But no proper siting place for outside in there. I suggest to provide much facilities for their and food also (tea or Cool drink). :::::::--::::::::--::::::::

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
