Had a very nice stay during Diwali and the staff was super nice to me. + Great staff + Food is very good + Room very nice - light and noise from outside The room looked great but the flikkering colored lights on the outside made it hard for me to get to sleep. maybe a little feedback to improve the curtains or turn them off. Overall, I had a very nice experience in this hotel and recommend staying here when you find yourself in Jaipur.

The stay was very pleasant. The ambience the hospitality the rooms the cleanliness.. everything was upto the mark. Staff is very polite and helpful. Very near to all sight seeing points. If you need a relaxed and comfortable stay.. please go there. 💕

The rooms are a bit small and the hotel doesn't have a parking of its own. Cars have to be parked on the road. The location of the hotel is good as the spots to visit and bazaars are nearby. The service and the food is decent.

As soon as we reached, we received a claustrophobic and dirty room that didn’t match the pictures. We still had to sleep there the first night and insist the next day to move to a different room. The Room service overall was disappointing: too much time for the food to arrive and tasteless. We’ve asked them to help us book the train ticket- didn’t happened. We’ve asked them at least 5 times to pack us breakfast for the travel back home- did it last minute and without the food that we’ve asked. Overall, the worst service that I’ve gotten in an hotel. It’s not worth it the money. I the won’t come back

Okayish hotel, rooms are not so big, the facilities are not great either. Restaurant is very small. Parking is on the road. Wifi is pathetic here, hardly able to connect. Beds are extremely soft, so if you don't prefer soft mattress, you may find it hard to adjust to the beds in these rooms. On the positive side, staff is good and rooms are clean. Location is good too, very approachable. Overall a congested hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
