The Food we had enjoyed at the time of dinner and breakfast. It was really delicious taste with great quality, everything had unique taste which , nice arrangement and services from the staff while eating, we found nothing bad about this Resort.

We had a delightful experience staying in the Forest Hill Resort. Javed and his team were super helpful during our stay. The rooms are beautiful with all amenities. The location is also quite close to the main market, Betaab Valley and Aru Valley were easily approachable. Highly recommend this hotel in Pehalgam.

Wow! What a lovely place. Little bit away from the centre of the village, just 10 minutes drive. This is a beautiful place nestled in Laripora. The rooms are neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hot water and toiletries provided. Breakfast is not a huge spread but does it’s job. One of the best omlettes I had here given the location The best part of this resort is the staff. Javed and his team do their best to ensure each and every customer is well looked after. Well done team and thank you for looking after us. 💕

We visited the place in first week of January 2024..it’s a beautiful hotel built at top amidst the village.,.loved the homely environment.,.enjoyed the two side view from room…each and every facility is provided in the room as per the cold outer environment..,staff and manager are very polite.., they never said no to our any polite request… so I will definitely recommend this hotel..,thank you for the wonderful hospitality 😊

Hotel location is amazing. You get a very good view of the mountains in front. Staff is very helpful, courteous and food is very tasty. We stayed couple of nights there and had dinner and breakfast at hotel. Very good food and great service along with clean rooms. Only issue we faced is the number of stairs you had to climb for accessing hotel plus dining area is further up (by stairs) from the hotel main lobby, hence bit challenging for senior citizens. For young people and group, it should not be an issue. Besides this issue, we had a very good time there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
