I like the way hotel is constructed. While many hotels have parking on road level, this property has parking down in much more safer environment. The room was very good, everything functional. Bathrooms were clean and no issues with the fittings. The food was decent, we had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The indoor area was absolutely clean and maintained well, although outer area beside the dining area would need constant cleaning. The staff was very good and served us with great hospitality. Special thanks for Amit Chawla, he is always ready to help the guest, makes sure everything is in place. It's very rare to see a hotel staff constantly looking for improving guest experience at the property. I would like to visit again if I travel to Kasauli.

We had a great time at the resort in June 2023, good ambience, comfortable rooms, good breakfast and dinner buffet spread. We liked the decor of the rooms and common areas, the valley facing views and convenient car parking. Well managed, we had a comfortable stay. Recommend!

Worst property,staff doesn't know how to behave with the guest,only one man show , if we say something to staff to bring ,staff se we need to ask the Boss, food was worst, behaviour of staff kn management is very bad, I suggest everyone not to book this property, actually I don't want to give any star to this property,if I want to give stars then I will give. --10 stars for worstnest

A highly overpriced property. They took unfair advantage of the peak season and give the room at a very higher rate. They are just another form of kanjoos at the name of service. During the breakfast, they called it a buffet but they remove the things so fast which leads to less availability. The price was showing around 5000 and they took 7700/-. Moreover, provided the room very late.

Stay at an amazing place was made memorable by this fantastic resort and lovely staff..All the staff members were highly dedicated, genuine, respectful and helpful. They leave no stone unturned in making your stay unforgettable. And the hygiene, upkeep, decor and location of the place just added to the flavour. A highly recommended place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
