I selected this hotel for my three night stay based on the reviews I read. My experience at this hotel was awesome. Right from the check in to checkout I was truly impressed by the service, quality of rooms, housekeeping and the staff. The staff I interacted with, especially Ann & Fabian were very welcoming, extremely helpful & went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The restaurant attached served a substantial & wholesome breakfast and offered a good choice of food for lunch and dinner. Surely a “home away from home”

We stayed here for 4 nights in November and had a very pleasant stay. For a low-budget stay, the hotel was excellent. The owners were accommodating and friendly. We had our privacy which was important. It was quite, simple, and air conditioned. Whenever we had some request they accommodated us. The restaurant was great and the neighbourhood is lovely.

A pleasant stay. As they say in their name, they are an Inn and not a Hotel so be mindful of that but at the same time their hospitality and service is definitely more than that of an Inn. Ann, at the reception, was always helpful and lovely to chat with. The terrace sitting area could become a little more welcoming to sit. Location is quite central to the beach and main market square. The breakfast for sure could be better.

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay at Fort Kochi Inn. Ann the manager went above and beyond to care for our stay, and the rest of the staff were lovely too. Will definitely stay again whenever we come back.

Very good location, budget friendly hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. Ann was really helpful in guiding us as this was our first visit to Kochi. Breakfast coule be better.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
