        WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE ( 3RD CLASS SERVICE , 3RD CLASS STAFF ) 1. You have to call 100 times , for a small thing, if you need a laundry service, you have to call 5-6 times, after that they dont even do. 2. Ive stayed 10 nights, first 8 nights ive paid 28,000 for every single day i used to extend and due to my banking technical issues, only 7,000 was left for the last 2 days, and just for 2 nights out of 10 nights , they harrased me for the payment , harrased and called at 12-1:00 Am in night , they used to ask the payment like ( ABHI 12:05 horha hai, 5 minuntes mein payment akar karo ) 3. In the name of ROOM SERVICE, they only changed the bedsheets, doesnt even broom the room and clean the washrooms.

        The hotel is third class. The sheets and pillows were also dirty. The only good thing about this hotel is its prime location.

        Room is ok for stay. But hotel building outside is not goood. Old lift. Bad smell in the steps.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
