The hotel staffs were wonderful. They greeted us with jaggery and ginger juice and also allowed us to do check-in 2hrs early. Staffs were nice, rooms were clean and service was top notch. Also, enjoyed the delicious breakfast and menu items were priced reasonably. Though rating says 3 star, it felt like a 4/5 star hotel. 👌

Just checked into the presidential suite and 2 executive suites with some friends. We had an issue with our previous hotel so made a last minute booking and payment via call with ITC . The reception staff were unable to find the payment confirmation even though I showed them the CCAvenue confirmation page and email. They called the room at 9:30pm to ask me to come down to the reception to show proof of payment. I asked them for an email address or WhatsApp number I could forward it to but instead they called me down in my pajamas and show them my credit card statement. This is after paying over 76,000 for the one night stay and checking in at 7pm. Nobody took us to our room, they just handed us the key cards, and only one card per room because they had ‘run out’. The reception staff was elderly and probably doesn’t know how to use the computer well as they kept taking images of my phone screen with an iPad. Either way, they were unapologetic about their behaviour and the inconvenience and I never expected this type of service and discrimination at an ITC hotel.

I recently stayed at the Fortune Valley View, Manipal, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. While the hotel boasted a beautiful view and a pleasant ambiance, it fell short in several crucial areas. The biggest letdown was the lack of practical amenities and not worth the cost standpoint. The breakfast is a significant part of any hotel stay, and the below average food taste was a major inconvenience. Additionally, the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was surprising. It's a basic amenity that one would expect in a hotel of ITC, and its absence was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, the bathrooms were cramped, which made the overall stay less comfortable and messy. It's essential for a hotel group such as an ITC to provide not only a pleasant ambiance but also "practical" amenities and a good food experience for its guests. After all, we don't visit a hotel to sleep in the lobby or to admire the view; we expect a comfortable and enjoyable stay, which includes good food and essential room amenities. I hope the hotel management takes these concerns into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Hotel is situated right in the centre of Udupi, pretty close to Udupi Sree Krishna Temple. It's the best stay available in the whole of Udupi, rooms are pretty good and services are top notch. All the staff were very cordial and helpful

Excellent location, just in front of KMC hospital. Very neat and clean. Feels like new. Do not have swimming pool. Gym affiliation with near by Marina. But very small bathroom. Bathing space is only 2 feet. Service is excellent. Buffet breakfast is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
