        I want to express my sincerest thank you to this hotel and the staff here. It’s my first time visiting from Canada and I am writing this review right away because they way you handled the situation with the luggage delay. Special thank you to Joshua and Vasu as well as your team for your kindness, patience and understanding. With regards to the cleanliness of the hotel and the food, everything was great. Well stocked bathrooms and amenities. The buffet is huge and has something for everyone. Would highly recommend this place as a great on for foreign travellers. Thank you again… you guys are amazing!!!!

        It is adjacent to Marriot. I liked the amount of parking and the easiness to get in and get out. But merging into traffic outside hotel needs special skill. The lunch buffet was very good. Lot of choices for both veg and non veg. Courteous staff. Good ambience. Felt little pricey for Madurai cost of living.

        Significant Shortcomings in Management Response During my recent stay at , I was met with a series of disappointing oversights in room 202. Not only was the toilet flush inoperative, but the sink was also clogged, and there was no hand wash available. Despite lodging complaints about these basic hygiene necessities four times to two different managers, the management’s response was woefully inadequate. The acknowledgment of the issues came too late, and the offered solution of changing rooms was impractical due to my early morning schedule. It’s disconcerting when a hotel’s management shows a disregard for guest convenience and comfort, particularly when it comes to essential amenities. Such neglect raises questions about the overall attention to detail and guest experience. I expected a certain standard of service that was not met, and while I am typically reluctant to leave negative feedback, I feel potential guests should be aware of these serious lapses in service and problem resolution. Management must recognize that immediate and effective action is not just appreciated but required when it comes to the basics of hospitality.

        Rooms, service, and hospitality are excellent and location is easy to reach and connect to other places. But the issue we faced is in serving the vegetarian food. A little care in placing and serving the vegetarian and non-vegetarian separately should be taken into consideration. During my visit the dining hall is filled with fish smell and we were uncomfortable to have our buffet.

        Nice place with very friendly staff. Had stayed in ITC Bhubaneswar earlier this year. Couldn't help comparing. The room and complimentary items provided there were very different from what was offered here. Since its a chain same was expected. But nevertheless rooms are well maintained and food is good

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
