A Pleasant Stay Marred by Unexplained Music Restrictions at Fortune Park Hotel Our recent stay at Fortune Park Hotel, particularly in the Pine View room, was a mix of highs and lows that left us with conflicting impressions. Starting with the positives, the rooms at Fortune Park Hotel were undeniably impressive – a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics that contributed to a pleasant stay. The service was commendable, and the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. Additionally, the culinary offerings were a delight, with a diverse menu and flavorsome dishes. Regrettably, a notable downside to our experience was the unexplained restriction on bringing our speaker into the room. Despite our multiple requests and assurances that we would play music at a low volume to avoid disturbance, the hotel did not accommodate our reasonable plea. This restriction significantly impacted our evenings, particularly for our daughter, who was disheartened by the absence of music. What added to our frustration was what we perceived as a form of hypocrisy in the hotel's policy. We observed music playing on speakers in both the restaurant and gym areas, leaving us puzzled as to why guests were restricted from having speakers in their rooms. This lack of consistency in enforcing their policy was disappointing and affected our overall impression of the hotel. In hindsight, we believe it would be beneficial for Fortune Park Hotel to explicitly mention their policy on speakers or loud music during the booking process. This transparency would allow guests to make informed decisions aligning with their preferences. While the positives of Fortune Park Hotel were noteworthy, the unexpected music restriction, coupled with what seemed to be inconsistent enforcement, has left us hesitant to consider this hotel for future stays. As a family that values the freedom to enjoy music during our holiday evenings, this unexpected limitation unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

A blissful experience! A huge thanks to all the F&B team - you guys are polite and always smiling with a open heart to serve. Deepika at the front desk,Mandeep-housekeeping deserve a special mention. Anand- our guide for the evening nature walk was energetic and cautious. He's guided us to one of the best treks and I would say it was better than khajjiar ! Would 10/10 recommend the place for a happy stay.

What an experience amidst untouched mountains. Service at the coffee / bar was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern. However there is a stinking swerage stink outside the pool balcony !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
