We stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. Although the amenities were not provided as per the standard. Most of the basic amenities were serviced on demand. After the room cleaning, towels were not replaced. Location is also a little far from the main town, good for the people visiting with their own cars. Ample parking space in the property. Overall, a decent experience.

Great place to relax after the hustle and bustle of Haridwar. Clean and spacious rooms were much appreciated. On site restaurant was amazing too and buffet style breakfast was very tasty and with enough options to satisfy everyone in the family.

Superb experience and amazing hospitality. Hospitality to the tune of flagship ITC properties. Shout out for Mr Sachin in restaurant - very patient and helpful. Was always available and ensured we had great food. Was very kind to get baby food prepared on request.

Very Bad to experience at the property! Even after pre booking two rooms for 6 people we have to wait some 30-40 minutes at the reception. Taking luggage to the room was an issue then. Called the security for luggage. All the rooms were non-smoking, and this information was not mentioned on the booking platform. The management guy at the desk seems to be rude and non professional. And we were on a business trip, seeing guests is very common, these people didn't allow our guests in the first place and after some arguments treated guests in very unprofessional way. Allowed them after keeping their original IDs. Overall experience:- Very Bad.

Comfortable hotel with very good food (in Orchid restaurant) and service - the staff is professional and courteous, special mention of ARPIT. Arpit served us well for almost all the meals we had there with his customer oriented service. Kudos.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
