I had come to this hotel with high expectations. When coming here I had been welcomed with the reception. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She asked for are passports and visa. Although when we gave it she couldn’t be bothered to look. She gave it back instantly and had made us look for this. I wasn’t to annoyed about this. Although she gave our passports back and had left one on the desk. I didn’t notice this, after a while she noticed and gave it back. I had said I thought something was misplaced she instantly got mad and her mood changed.I was not happy about this. After this I had checked my room out and I was not happy with this either the room had smelt like smoke. Although I came down to complain. When coming down I had seen our passport photocopy on the desk In front. Anyone could take this. It had many personal details.i would not expect this from any hotel. Although I am very happy after I had told them about the smoke they had give me a new room. However I am not happy at all at the lady at the front desk. I hope actions are taken. And I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

I really like this hotel and the ambiance. Room is fine but when i went to buffet the staff are so gud so professional very approachable specially Munna, Debnath and Susanta. They are so gud they came ask every time if need anything. Very professional really liked their service.

Quite impressed by room and service, Food is Delicious like mouthwatering each and every items. Location is nearby traffic area so little bit noise getting. Gym, Spa and Swimming pool facility is good and well equipped.

Very very good hotel in Bangalore . Excellent room service and housekeeping . They promptly answered calls and serviced very offered immediately without any delay . Very comfortable bed . I highly recommend this hotel .

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
