        I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the property and food were commendable, my overall experience was marred by the disappointing behavior of the reception staff. The quality and variety of the food were noteworthy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experiences during the stay. Areas of Concern: Early Check-in Charges: One major issue arose when I was insisted upon paying early check-in charges. Having visited Katra numerous times in the last 15 years, I've never encountered such a request from any hotel. This rigid approach was unexpected and left a negative impression on my overall experience. Unpleasant Attitude: The attitude of the reception staff was disappointing. Instead of being accommodating and understanding, they seemed inflexible and unhelpful. A more customer-centric approach, especially when dealing with long-time visitors, would have been appreciated.         It was very bad experience at this hotel . Hotel staffs are very arrogant, rooms are not clean even they have dirty bed sheets and blankets. Our train reached Katra Station at 6 am as almost all trains reached same times but they are not allowed as to check in and asked for extra charges as we are with small kids and had no other option other then to fulfill there demands. So guys plz make sure and confirm check in time before making booking in this hotel. In Katra many good hotels are available those provides clock rooms and offer there spas for taking bath and all.

        I did not stay, just went there for a meeting with my boss. The room was awesome, and the whole ambiance was worth spending every minute. Nicely managed, decorated, and fully furnished hotel.

        It was really an amazing stay at the hotel, The staff was friendly and accommodating and always tried to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is fabulous. We loved the taste of food.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
