Very nice Facility. We came for a family get together and it was nice stay away from hustle bustle of the city. The place had lot of recreational activities. We enjoyed cycling, air hockey, chess and carrom. There was a nice lawn for playing cricket and badminton. We could not do swimming due to cold weather but it was pleasant out there. Restaurant services were good too with awesome delicacies and decent variety. Live counter was the best which served hot and fresh made dishes. Overall a nice stay....

I recently stayed at Fortune Park Orange Hotel, and my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The issues I encountered made my stay far from enjoyable. Poor Drainage: The bathroom's drainage system was severely inadequate. The water didn't flow properly, creating an unpleasant and unhygienic situation. Non-Functional Shower: To add to the frustration, the shower was not working. A basic amenity like a functioning shower should not be compromised in a hotel of this standard. Lack of Cleanliness: Shockingly, my room was not cleaned throughout the entire day. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for guests.I brought these concerns to the attention of the staff, but unfortunately, the issues persisted throughout my stay. I expected much more from a hotel claiming to provide quality services.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for both the management and potential guests considering a stay at Fortune Park Orange Hotel.

It is bang on the highway. Very big property. Food was delicious. I had visited it for stay and dinner with 40 colleagues. The arrangements were done nicely. Rooms are big but in some cases the tiles are broken or the mat in lobby is torn out. However I had a very bad experience as there was no hot water coming in room in the morning till 9 am and as I had to go to the office I had to take bath with cold water. They could have done some alternate arrangements but they did not even offered the same or apologized for the same. Hot water for bathing is something very basic thing every hotel ensures every single day. Having such issue that too in a fortune hotel was a shock.

My friends and I went to this hotel. Initially, we checked in, but later, we had to wait for an hour. A major incident occurred when my friend, along with his wife and 1-year-old child, was in the room, and someone entered while sleeping, claiming it to be my room. There was a lack of privacy in this hotel, and the staff apologized to us, which is okay. In the end, for a 4-star property, it was a big blunder, and they should work on improving it. Additionally, the food was not good. Overall, it was an average stay."

The location is nice, but the rooms were terrible. Dirty bedsheets, broken door latches, broken faucet handles, just overall a bad experience. Asked for some extra tea and coffee that never arrived.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
