Disappointed with Rasa food and waiter, the food servicer has better experience than waiter. Food was not upto the mark compared to other restaurants in brahmavar. Taste was not good. Slow service. Ambience was also not good. Freddie's cafe is nice in comparing for ambience.

I really enjoy the food and service here, staffs are taking good care of us and the food was so delicious. I RECOMMENT TO ORDER CHICKEN LOLLIPOP, I am so happy that we book this hotel

Pros: 1. Room was very well maintained and room service was excellent (Executive room) 2. Excellent wifi connectivity which was much needed as I was on a work-cation 3. Breakfast included in package. The service from the staff working in Fortune Cafe was very good and the food served was excellent Cons: 1. A whooping charge of 5000+taxes/night was charged which I felt was way too expensive for a highway hotel which was literally too far from Udupi. I had to travel so far to go to beaches 2. Someone needs to serious train the staff working in Rasa Restaurant & Bar on how to behave with customers. I stayed for 4 days and had to rely on this restaurant for my lunch. One thing I observed is ‘No tip No respect policy’. They won’t attend you if you don’t tip them previously. I and my wife had to face dirty expressions from the staff working there which I was very disappointed with as well worried about 3. Same goes with Freddy’s cafe. Late service, non-appetising continental food and very expensive. Definitely recommend to check in the hotel rooms but avoid having food at Freddy’s and don’t forget to tip the guys in Rasa Restaurant if you are looking for good service
